ELITE380 is dedicated to promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles in the community. We strive to create a welcoming environment that fosters personal growth, teamwork, and social connections. Through our program we aim to empower individuals to reach their full potential athletically and academically. While providing our student-athletes the opportunity to develop their speed, strength, self-esteem, and compete at a high level on and off the track.
Summer Track
(4 days per week and compete in meets)

Off-Season Training
· .Our programs focus on improving strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination and fundamentals. Our goal is to have fun, compete, and build a positive self image and good sportsmanship.
Athletes will participate in AAU, TAAF, and USATF meets based on location and level of competition; however, AAU will be the primary focus. In the event an athlete does not qualify for the Junior Olympics, they will be given the opportunity to participate in the TAAF Summer Games of Texas, if they qualify.
Practice Schedule
The regular Summer Track program will train 4 days a week at the NAVO ELEMENTARY in ABREY, Texas or WTW High School in Dallas.
Times/days may vary depending upon the track practice location. Please check the website calendar regularly for specific dates and location.
Outdoor Track Meets:
Athletes will compete in 10 highly competitive outdoor track meets sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and/or USA Track & Field.

ELITE380 strive to provide the best for student’s opportunity for student-athletes to excel in sportsmanship, teamwork, moral character and to reach their full potential. With an emphasis on developing athletic speed, endurance, and strength and encouraging high self-esteem, personal accountability, self-discipline, goal setting, and goal achievement.
Goal
Our goal is to promote the sport of track and athletic excellence. The coaching staff is here to encourage and help student athletes develop physically, emotionally and socially through their involvement in track and field.
Our coaching staff understands the fundamentals of training and competing in track & field while also developing sound athletes of sound character.
All I time donations over $400 will be listed as a sponsor for the season, posted on the website and recognized at any team events/celebrations.
All athletes are expected to honor the tenants of the following Code of Conduct. The form must be signed by every athlete and parent.

1. Being responsible for my own training needs by being organized, having the appropriate equipment, and being on time.

Photo/Video Image Release:
I give ELITE380 Track Club - staff the absolute right and permission to use the named athlete’s image (photographs, video etc.) in its promotional materials and publicity efforts.
I understand that the photographs may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, electronic media (e.g. video, CD-ROM, Website, social media site), or other form of promotion.
I release ELITE380 Track Club Staff from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use. I hereby consent that such information, photographs, videos, and the plates and/or tapes from which they are made shall be their property, and they shall have the right to duplicate, reproduce and make other uses of such information, photographs, videos, recordings, and plates as they may desire free and clear of any claim whatsoever on my part.
