At Elite 380, our summer track program is designed to be the ultimate bridge between seasons. Whether a student-athlete is looking to shave seconds off a personal best or simply stay conditioned for football, soccer, or basketball, we focus on the fundamental mechanics of speed.

Here is a simplified training philosophy and an overview of what athletes and parents can expect this summer.

Our philosophy is built on three pillars:

Form, Force, and Fun.

We believe that every athlete—from the 5-year-old beginner to the 19-year-old varsity competitor—improves when they understand the "mechanics of movement."

  1. Technique First: Speed is a skill. We teach athletes how to use their bodies efficiently to maximize every stride.
  2. Multi-Sport Versatility: We don't just train "track stars"; we build better athletes. Our conditioning is designed to improve the explosive power and lateral agility needed for all sports.
  3. Progressive Growth: We meet athletes where they are. Training is scaled by age and ability to ensure everyone is challenged without being overwhelmed.

The Coach’s Perspective

As current High School Track and Football coach, we understand the modern landscape of school athletics. We know exactly what recruiters are looking for and what it takes to compete at every level. Our daily work in the schools keeps us at the forefront of contemporary training methods, safety protocols, and sport-specific conditioning
